Can I buy Gacha products online?
We do not currently offer the facility for customers to buy our products online. However, the following web sites may be able to assist:
How can I complete my collection?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer the facility for customers to purchase individual figures directly from ourselves. Websites such as http://www.gachaworld.com may be able to help if you contact them directly. Occasionally we have limited stock of popular products and may be able to assist if you email us at info@gacha.co.uk. Please note that this is a UK based service only and we can not guarantee to assist all customers on each occasion
How can I obtain past collections of Mini Winnies / other Gacha products?
Unfortunately many past collections are now no longer available. We advise customers looking for past items to try online auction sites or to contact other collectors
I have found a golden Mini Winnie! What do I do with it?
Congratulations! The golden Mini Winnie is very rare and you only had a 1 in 100 chance of finding him! There is no further prize attached to the golden Mini Winnie but we hope you will treasure him as he is very sought after

All Gacha products are produced to the highest standards and exceed the European legal requirements in the Tomy tradition. I am a new UK customer how can I place an order for machines and capsules?
To place an order please email us at info@gacha.co.uk with your name, address, and telephone number and a member of the UK sales team will contact you as soon as possible
Where can I obtain a price list?
To obtain a UK price list please email us at info@gacha.co.uk and we will send you one by return. To obtain prices for any other country please visit our Contact Us page to obtain your local distributor’s contact details. They will be happy to supply you with the information that you require
I am a retailer who would like a machine in my store. Do you offer a fully managed service?
Yes, Gacha International are proud of their professional UK Operator network and can offer you a fully managed service with no risk or financial layout involved. I am a retailer with a Gacha Vending Machine that has recently become faulty, how do I get this fixed?
All Gacha Vending Machines should have full service contact details on the front of the machine if it’s operated by an approved Gacha International Operator. They are responsible for maintaining the machine and are on 48 hour call out should you have a problem with broken coin mechs, or simply require a re-fill. If you own the machine yourself all spare parts can be purchased directly from us by emailing us at info@gacha.co.uk with full details.
I am a retailer with a Gacha Vending Machine. What refund procedure should I follow?
If one of your customers has a problem using the Gacha Vending Machine and you have an approved Gacha International Operator maintaining the machine, it is easy to reclaim any refunds issued. Simply keep a written record of the incident that occurred together with the date and the Operator will reimburse you on his next visit.

How do I become a distributor?
Please visit our Contact Us page to find out whether there is already a local distributor in your country. If there is not and you are interested in providing Gacha products and services in your country please email us at info@gacha.co.uk and a member of the Business Development team will get back to you with more information.
I want to distribute Gacha products but you already have a local distributor listed for my country. Can I still buy directly from Gacha International?
Unfortunately we only work with one approved distributor per country so you will need to order Gacha products from your local distributor rather than directly from Gacha International. If you are having trouble reaching your local distributor please email us at info@gacha.co.uk and we will assist you in any way that we can
